1.0 Introduction

This area is the central collecting area for internal documents related to Infrastructure Services and Middleware. Most pages are publically readable as we feel that "transparency" into our processes is a good thing.

However, we would like to stress that the documents within do not represent the official public opinion of Computing Services and there has been no attempt to polish these documents for external consumption.

2.0 Documents

Projects: Active, finished and deferred projects
Plans: 18 month and other planning documents
Services: Information about the services we provide
Servers: Information about the servers we run.
Support: Information about 2nd level support.
Howto: How to contribute documents, how to figure out stuff
Other: Other stuff that doesn't fit anywhere else.
